Can I Get Samples or Prototypes Made?
We highly recommend creating at least one prototype or pre-production sample before moving ahead with the final production. Depending on the product, such as technical outerwear, it may be necessary to create multiple prototypes. These prototypes are intended for fit and build purposes only unless specified by the client. Please note that prototypes will not have branding and may not use the exact fabrics or colors of provided samples or production pieces. In most cases, prototypes are either partially or fully refundable upon completion of a production order.
Can I Get Free Samples?

The sampling process often involves complicated and costly procedures such as creating metal moulds, size grading patterns, printing screens, and printing on large digital machines. Can I Get Any Material or Fabric?
Our team is dedicated to sourcing and matching the best fabrics and materials for our clients. While we strive to fulfill all fabric requests, we cannot guarantee that we will find exactly what you’re looking for on the open market. In such cases, we are limited to what’s available. When sourcing fabric, we prioritize type and weight, followed by pattern and color. Please note that production fabric may differ slightly from prototypes and salesman samples due to availability and other circumstances. Can I Get Any Do I Need to Provide Exact Fit Specifications?
We offer various standard house fits that many of our clients find suitable. If you have a specific fit in mind, you can send us samples or provide us with detailed tech specs. However, we advise against providing highly specific tech specs unless you have extensive experience in pattern making. Alternatively, you can provide us with a sample, and we can make minor adjustments such as added length to achieve your desired fit.

How long does it take to receive my order?
The production time for custom orders varies depending on the complexity of the design and the size of the order. Typically, we can complete an order within 10-12 days, but larger orders or complex designs may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can track your package online.
How can I make a payment?
Once you’ve confirmed your prototype, we require a 70% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 30% due at the time of dispatching for large orders. For small quantities, we require 100% advance payment. We accept payment via bank transfer for B2B transactions. For P2P & smaller payments, we accept Western Union, Moneygram, Ria, World Remit & Remitely. Payment information can be found on the invoice who we will send after order conformation, or you can request separately.
What is your return policy?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns. Because each product/order is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide you defective piece with your next order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started production on your order, we may be able to cancel it.
