2. Fabric Selection
We understand the importance of selecting the right fabric for your custom apparel. Our experts guide you through a vast range of fabrics, considering factors such as comfort, durability, moisture-wicking properties, and style. From breathable cotton and polyester blends to high-performance technical fabrics. Our fabric selection process ensures your apparel meets your specific needs, whether for athletic teams, corporate events, or everyday wear.
3. Order Detail
Providing these details ensures your custom apparel order is processed correctly and meets your expectations. Our team will review and confirm your order details to guarantee accuracy and satisfaction.
- Items type/style (e.g., short sleeve, long sleeve, round neck, v neck)
- Total number of items (e.g., shirts, hats, jerseys)
- Breakdown of sizes needed (e.g., Small: 5, Medium: 10, Large: 7)

4. Bulk Production
After review and approve the production proof, verifying the final design layout, colors, and placement and proceed with securing payment terms, which may include a deposit full payment or half payment, depending on your agreed-upon terms via credit card, bank transfer. After that we move into bulk production. Our skilled team follows the design, pattern, and prototype you approved during design consultation. We ensure every item meets your brand’s quality standards. Depending on order size and complexity, lead times depends on the quantity of the order. We specialize in delivering high-quality custom clothing on time.
5. Quality Check
At Borden International, our rigorous order quality check ensures that every custom apparel item meets exceptional standards. Our expert quality control team meticulously inspects each product, and verifying:

- Labelling, tagging and custom branding
