Welcome to Borden International. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
1. Custom Manufacturing
Borden International specializes in custom apparel and sportswear manufacturing. Products are manufactured according to the specifications and requirements provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including designs, sizes, colors, logos, artwork, quantities, and any other required production details.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be accepted. Any requested changes after confirmation may result in additional costs or delays.
2. Pricing and Quotations
Prices are quoted based on factors including order quantity, customization requirements, material selection, product specifications, and other applicable production requirements. All quotations and prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order has been officially confirmed. The final price and applicable payment terms will be communicated to the client at the time of order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon during the order confirmation process. Production will begin only after the agreed payment or required advance payment has been received and the necessary order details have been finalized. Failure to make payment according to the agreed terms may result in production delays or cancellation of the order.
4. Production Time and Delivery
Production timelines provided by Borden International are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, product complexity, customization requirements, material availability, and other production factors. While we make every reasonable effort to complete and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, Borden International is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include shipping delays, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, material shortages, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
5. Quality Control and Manufacturing Variations
Borden International maintains quality-control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet the agreed specifications. However, minor variations in color, stitching, fabric texture, measurements, or other characteristics may occur as part of the custom manufacturing process. Such minor variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects. Where a product has a significant manufacturing defect or does not reasonably conform to the approved specifications, the client should contact Borden International promptly after receiving the order so that the matter can be reviewed.
6. Client Designs and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, designs, artwork, and other materials provided by clients, remains the property of the respective owners. By submitting any design, logo, artwork, trademark, or other material to Borden International, the client confirms that they have the legal right, authorization, or permission to use and reproduce such materials for the intended manufacturing purposes. Borden International does not claim ownership of client-owned intellectual property provided for the production of an order.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all designs, specifications, sizes, colors, logos, quantities, and other production details before manufacturing begins. Borden International will manufacture products based on the information and specifications approved or provided by the client. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied information by the client.
8. Website Use
The content provided on the Borden International website is intended for general informational and business purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information is accurate and up to date; however, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from errors. Borden International reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content, products, services, or information at any time without prior notice.
